Hill and Steed, LLC is the independent brand consultancy of Ben McCoy.

Ben McCoy

Ben McCoy is a Minneapolis-based design thinker and problem solver helping organizations define and execute successful brand strategies and human-centered design solutions, online and off.

Ben is also a cyclist and social media influencer, operating MPLS Bike Love.

Prior to Hill+Steed, Ben co-founded and lead Bicycle Theory – a custom Web development company – for over 15 years. Before that served as the Interactive Creative Director for Life Time Fitness, a nation-leading healthy lifestyle brand.

Ben earned a degree in Design Communications from the University of Minnesota and has won several awards for his work. His clients include Blandin Foundation, Crestliner, General Mills, Imagine! Print Solutions, Kraft UK, Life Time Fitness, Lifetouch Photography,  Peace Coffee, Rollerblade, Target, and YMCA.
